How did your career progress at CN Brown Company? What would you say is the best part of your current position?

I have been with CN Brown Company thirteen years. I am a people person. I enjoy visiting with customers. When I started with the company I was hired to stock the cooler and clean. I now check in our orders and order things we need.

What’s the most challenging part of your current position?

The most challenging part of the job is our delivery day. It’s very busy and if they are late, usually because of weather, everyone has to work hard and get the job done.

What’s your favorite memory from working at CN Brown Company?

My favorite memory from working at CN Brown Company is when we were able to send two children to MDA Camp. The children appreciate it so much and they get to meet and spend time with other children who have the same challenges in life. It makes us feel good to know they are not alone in this fight!

I also enjoy talking with customers, helping them find things, helping them at the pump, carrying their groceries out to their car if they need help.

Why would you recommend working for CN Brown Company?

Working for CN Brown Company has been good for me. We are not only co-workers here, we are family. We all help each other out no matter what the problem is. We work as a team. Everyone helps out, that makes everything much less stressful. We laugh every day! I love everyone I work with. They are the best!

I feel that if you have a good attitude, make people smile, your customers will come back again. We enjoy our customers. It’s not hard to tell someone to Have a Great Day and alot of times that’s all they need to make them smile and have a better day.
