How did your career progress at CN Brown Company?

I started out as an overnight cashier at BA1063, Lincoln, then got promoted to MIT. (Manger in Training) From there I received a promotion to become the manager of BA1069, Medway. I then tranferred to BA1063, Lincoln, as the manager when the position became available.

What’s the best part of your current job?

I have taken every opportunity to learn new things with the company. Whenever any training becomes available, I take it! Being a TAM trainer is something I take very seriously. Fill in for Tina when she was on vacation was also something that taught me alot. This job allows me to interact with customers. Knowing there is someone you can call if you need help with anything makes some things alot less stressful. Being appreciated always makes people want to do more.

What’s your favorite memory from working at CN Brown Company?

There are many awards that I have received over the past 20 years. I am very proud of receiving Manager of the Year.
