Pat  answers the phone and welcomes visitors to the Corporate Office.  She gives the first impression of C N Brown Company, and what an impression it is!  She is the poster child for professionalism, positive attitude and hospitality.  From the appearance and mannerisms she chooses for herself,  the voice she sends across the phone line to those calling in, to the hospitality she extends to visitors, Pat is an excellent representative of CN Brown Company.
