1/27/2020, Limington, ME, writes: “CN Brown a big THANK YOU again for your donation to the Derby!  It was very much appreciated!
The weather was decent (we even beat the rain getting picked up too!), we had a good turnout (almost 500 registrations!), the tagged fish got caught for only the second time in 16 years! Lots of raffle ticket purchases, VAST (Veterans Adaptive Sports & Training) got some good exposure again, (I took a little spin in the yard on one of their adaptive recumbent bikes, lol!), the Standish Food Pantry got a decent amount from it, the Boy Scouts made a decent amount on their concession stand, people liked all of the door prizes, and everyone had a fun time!  It’s especially fun to see all of the kids enjoying themselves, including the always popular casting contest and the prizes that go with it (everyone gets a prize)!”  ~ Kathy
